Orthodontic Assistant
At Alinea Orthodontics, our Orthodontic Assistants play a key role in delivering thoughtful, high-quality clinical care in a calm and elevated environment. This role goes beyond traditional chairside assisting—you are an essential part of creating a seamless, comfortable experience for every patient.
You will support Dr. Ortiz throughout a range of treatments, from Invisalign to braces and early orthodontics, ensuring each appointment runs smoothly and efficiently. From preparing treatment rooms and maintaining sterilization standards to assisting during procedures and capturing digital scans, your attention to detail helps bring precision and ease to every visit.
Just as importantly, you help patients feel informed, at ease, and genuinely cared for. You’ll guide them through each step of their appointment, answer questions with clarity and warmth, and contribute to an experience that feels calm, modern, and personalized.
- Assist chairside during orthodontic procedures (aligners, braces, appliances)
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest clinical standards
- Take digital scans, photos, and X-rays as needed
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment progress
- Ensure a smooth flow of patients throughout the day
- Collaborate closely with the clinical and front office team
Front Desk / Receptionist
The Front Desk team at Alinea is the heart of the patient experience. As the first point of contact—both in person and digitally—you set the tone for everything that follows. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and naturally warm, with a passion for hospitality and communication.
You’ll manage scheduling, coordinate patient flow, and support clear, timely communication across phone, text, and email. From welcoming patients into our space to ensuring every detail of their visit feels effortless, you help create a polished, calm, and elevated experience from start to finish.
You’ll also play an important role in guiding new patients through their journey—helping them feel informed, confident, and excited about starting treatment at Alinea.
What you’ll do:
- Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and appointment flow
- Handle phone, text, and email communication with clarity and care
- Support new patient intake and ensure all records are complete
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless daily schedule
